Custom Development Services

We offer custom development of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies to meet the specific research needs of our customers.

DNA Cloning Service

One mutation is defined as any combination of mutation within a 3-base frame. Our delivery package includes vector containing target gene, complete sequencing data and construct maps. Prices vary according to the length of genes. If the target gene and destination vector isn't provided by the customer, there will be additional charges. For specific pricing information, please contact us.

Service Deliverable Description Price Timeline
Subcloning (E.Coli) Target gene inserted in destination vector that the customer provides Sub cloning into one expression vector $540 2 weeks
Subcloning (Baculovirus) Target gene inserted in Baculovirus expression DNA (bacmid) Sub cloning into one expression vector $700 2-3 weeks
Additional service Mutagenesis Target gene inserted in destination vector after mutagenesis The first amino acid mutation (3 base pairs) is a fixed price in addition to the sub cloning fee.
Please ask for a quote since different factors play a role in the price.
$540~ 3 weeks
  1. Notes: The above price list is only for genes shorter than 1.5Kb. For longer genes, we add an additional $115 per Kb for screening and sequencing.
  2. The target gene must be provided by customer. If not, we charge $1,300 per gene (in addition to the sub cloning fee) and project duration will take 8 weeks instead of the above mentioned 2 weeks. If a specific destination vector is desired, the customer has to provide it. If DNA Synthesis is required, the price is $0.50/1bp. May be subject to change, so please email us for a price quote.
  3. One mutation is defined as any combination of mutation within a 3-base frame.
  4. Our delivery package includes the vector containing target gene and complete sequencing data and construct maps.

Protein Expression & Purification Service

abostecbio has a great expertise in developing recombinant proteins using Escherchia coli as a host. Our Protein services are charged according to the required service and the expression host. The service is divided by 3 different hosts. Please click on each host for details.
